Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely pleased with your order, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

Most of our products are eligible for return within 15 days of the delivery date provided, items returned outside this period will not be accepted. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused and with all original tags attached, the product must be in the packaging brand we sent in the first place.

Non-Returnable Items: items such as sale items and not eligible for return or exchange without exception. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@latammoodboard.com with your order number and the items from the order you want to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if applicable.

Return Authorization (RA) Number: If an RA number is issued, please ensure that it is clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns without a valid RA number may be subject to delays or refusal.

Shipping Returns: Even if the items had free shipping in the first place, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipment unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. In case customer decides to return the items by their own, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

All refunds related to returns that are not a result of our error such as damaged or defective item will have the original Shipping and Handling fee removed from the total refund amount.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you on arranging the exchange, subject to product availability, following the return policies above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange of the damaged or defective item.
