Standard  shippings are not valid on orders shipping to US territories, Hawaii and Alaska, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. These orders will ship with an expected delivery of 10-15 business days.

Claims

We can initiate a claim if tracking indicates any exceptions, please follow instruction on tracking as in certain cases packages might be available for pick up at Forwarders Carriers  access points in your neighborhood or they might require additional information.

Please take into consideration that if there was an address problem with your shipping information we are not responsible for lost packages.
